eeeeeeee~ I only have a few paragraphs drafted of the 6th chapter, Anon, I’m sorry! I’ve been chugging away on my longfic and it’s within 4 chapters of ending now. I really need to finish that, then I’ll have plenty of spare time and energy for those WWII boys.

Thank you, Anon! That’s really sweet. At the moment I’m aiming for 35 chapters of Recovery, and will be quite upset if it creeps beyond 36/37. It’s plenty long enough and has covered nearly all the ground I wanted/expected, so there’s no point pushing it past the current end-point.

I did have plans for a 3rd part, but at this rate I’m 99% sure I won’t be able to pull it off, so it’ll sit as this prickly little AU in the HetaOni archives.

Jeeze if I’d thought of it a few months ago I might have been able to pull a lot of that play into Recovery that would have been awful anon just awful have you read that one? It’s one of only two pieces of writing that have ever made me queasy after/during reading D:

Jeeze this fandom is too nice. Thank you, Anon! But don’t be so hard on yourself, writing gets a lot easier once you find a voice you’re comfortable with, so I can guarantee that if you scroll down to the bottom of my archive you’ll find some eye-gougingly bad stories.

But you read the continuation before the first part! The suspense is gone! But I hope you continue to enjoy Recovery, and that you like Final Loop too when you get the chance. If you let me know what you’re account is then maybe I can offer to read some of your stuff?

Q:So is the oldness headcanon or whatsit thing explanation super spoilers or really really big or anything? ;3;

To be honest a good chunk of the headcanon’s impact is still tumbling around in my head, but I don’t think it spoils anything to say that it’s meant to mark character developement. Romano’s not the only one who’s changed though, physically or mentally. (I can think of at least 4 others who have already or will physically change, not counting the Itabros).

It takes the fun out of things if I go through all the changes and what they come from though, so I’ll leave you guys to discover that on your own. \o/

Q:You made that icon? Seriously? Doubt that.. It was made a couple of months ago by a Snily shipper and posted on ff with the original size being much wider..

Actually no, it was made back in 2008 when I was a fledgling user at the Temple of Kraden Golden Sun Community.

The phrase “Mortal danger” and the icon of a big neon red sign are hardly original. I’ve no idea what fandom the Snily pairing is from, but I can assure you I stole nothing.

Q:I don't know why, but whenever I read Fascist State, I always get this inexplicable fuzzy feeling as well as the urge to cry. I don't know if it's because of the content or what, but there's just something I really like about it... Not only Fascist State, but with the rest of your Hetalia works too... It's just so moving... Either that, or I'm just a major sadist... On anon because too embarrassed to be otherwise...

*cuddles the anon* I’m sorry! D: I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I haven’t written any happy hetalia yet, with my Prumano coming the closest (and then it got serious WHY). If it helps any then please know that Fascist State actually has a happy ending! 

I’ll write you a proper Happy!Hetalia story someday, Anon, it’s just hard to write happy conflict-free things that’re more than a few hundred words. I will take your words as encouragements though, since it’s better for my serious fics to actually evoke serious moods than fall flat xD Thank you and sorry~!

It’s usually midnight PST on Saturdays for me when I update (THAT’S RIGHT I STAY UP FOR YOU), but I meant tonight as in tonight-tonight.

But then I opened 16.

And I re-read 16.

And for some strange reason I’m editing chunks of the main scene, so I’m guessing the usual Midnight PST whenever-that-is-for-you update time.
